Quick service

The Website never mentions this, however they request an ID from you, because the Indian government demands KYC. They just send you an email after a week or so. However, if you don't provide them with an ID, for reasons or you just don't have a valid one on hand. They suspend your service, doesn't matter if it still has a week or two paid from your money, they just keep it, no refunds. Also, you can't terminate your service, means you continue to keep getting invoices, you getting late fees and you getting emails why are you not paying. Which I replied to and they get ignored. This is the worst.

Very good Experience with Leapswitch networks service is very fast no need to wait team personally call and takes remote desktop sessions to resolve client issues.

So far so good, I started using their VPS server in FEB 2024 and It is going well. Recently I bought another server for a different project looking at its stability. This review is about their service after sales and I'm amazed that the LeapSwitch team cares about their customers and tries their best to resolve the customer. In my case, I was offered a custom plan according to my needs. I would like to mention Mr. Swapnil from Sales for helping me choose the right server with the perfect location + technical team support.
