Terrible service after 9 years
Been a customer for more than 9 years. Service was bearable for some time but been deteriorating for the past year. It started from VPS server crashing few time a month to where it is completely unusable for the past week. I suspect they are dumping too many accounts on the same server causing it to slow down massively. I have other VPS servers with other hosting providers and they are like 5-10 times faster. Requested to migrate and upgrade my VPS account more than 2 weeks ago and still waiting for them to take action. I'm seriously looking for another much better host!

Support has no initiative or technical understanding
Becoming a customer works fine, but the service decreases massively as soon as you a customer. In addition, no specialist staff. "I need to ask the senior", but weeks later still no answer. For two months our server is not reachable but paid.

I Never got an email saying why my services was suspended. It was just suspended after like 3 days.

I've ordered VPS from them, they stated it would have /64 subnet IPV6 within. But in fact, there is no route from VPS via IPV6 and /64 network was not routed within. I've created ticket, 1st tier support took 1 day to gave answer like "we need to ask our senior network engineers" and after that the ticket wasn't answered for week. So if you need to waste your time and a bit of money, the Leapswitch is your choice.
