I was really pleased with the service I received from Chloe Copping. It was a very stressful situation with a tenant who caused lots of damage at my rental property and would not leave, but it was sorted and the tenancy was eventually terminated

I would like to say that my experience of using Dutton Gregory in 2021/22 was a very positive one. Jonathan Whettingsteel was a constant source of strength and understanding during a very upsetting and unpleasant time of bitter dispute over the sale of our house and division of equity. I felt supported and protected from hostile email exchanges with my ex-partner and his solicitor. Jon went the extra mile to explain the implications of the law and what I could expect during the process and made sure that my emails were answered swiftly even when he was due in court and had limited time.
