My mum pass away, so selling her Flat had a cash buyer so could move very fast. My solicitors Megan did not tell me, I need probate till Three week from employing her in September 2021 . I had my probate early December 2021, did not compete till 1st February 2022. I could never get though to her. I have sold four houses, this service is very bad.
