I have not received my product and the company’s customer service is doing nothing to put a trace on the product. Order#109392. Bad response time, faulty information! Customer service is slow to respond

Product arrived with a couple chips / scratches either from manufacturing or it's a previously returned item. Seal on the sides also looks faulty.

Great product for harmful EMF protection.

The product is great, hard to track tangible outputs but before my phone would overheat quite often and I would notice cramping in my hands from over phone usage. With the airestech, it has reduced noticeably!
