I ordered a Bundle of Airestech…

I ordered a Bundle of Airestech Products on 5/27/24 for $430.74. 6/1/24 No email of shipping nor products have arrived. So I emailed asking for an update on the order. Got no response. 6/3/24 I sent another email telling them this not acceptable and I'm going to be contacting my bank for refund since they had not contacted me (as the email said they would after I ordered) or sent what I ordered. 6/3/24 I received an email back stating: 3:25 PM (50 minutes ago) to me Hello Nico, I hope this message finds you well. To proceed with processing your order, we require additional verification. Please provide the following: -A picture of your government-issued ID. - Can you also verify to me of the credit card used when placing the order. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Best regards, Anna This is complete scammy non-sense. I have never in 20+ Years shopping online nor in my 20+ years of selling online through my own website nor market places asked anyone for their I.D. And of course they had already taken the money out of my account on 5/28/24 This company is not organized or professional and comes off as scammy to me. I have lost confidence in this purchase & company and I have doubts if as to if they would honor the refund policy if I wanted to return the products I have yet to receive. I shop almost daily online and this is the worst experience I think I have ever had with a Merchant. There is always Qlink & Blue Shield for EMF Protection if this company fails to follow though and I guess I can have my bank reverse the charge. Update: The only gave me a choice of give them a company with even a Phone Number on the website a copy of my Photo I.D. to go along with my CC# and Address or Refund. I have no idea who I'm giving this information to, could be a person in a 3rd world country they have hired. With my I.D. and Credit Card Number that set's me up for being a Victim of Credit Card Fraud. Let's not forget they already have my money, I already paid but they refuse to ship to me what I paid for to the very same Address that is my Credit Card Billing Address. I shop online daily I have many recurring charges and no fraud flags but them. I opted for the Refund as they refuse to send me what already paid for. Can I give them Zero Stars? I'll update when I get the refund hopefully. Update: I did get the refund. I would try to buy again if I thought they would give me the products I paid for not hold my money. C'mon I have the Screen shot of their taking money out of my account and putting it back in, how the hell could I not be who I say I am and have access to bank account that's ridiculous! PS: And as an alternative Qlink Pendants have been around 30 years and have 90 money back guarantee, I can recommend those products as I have had their older ones I will now be buying their new one and they do have a 1-800 where you can actually talk to some one. There is also BluSheild who makes anti EMF devices people swear by. I might try them also. I really wanted to try Airestech but they refused to send me what I had already paid for when then had already taken the money out of my account for a week unless I give them a copy of my I.D. There is no logic in that what so ever. How could it be fraud when I'm having it shipped to the same address on file with my bank?

Just a piece of silicon that does…

Just a piece of silicon that does nothing. Peer-reviewed studies? they paid and conducted them themselves, would you trust that? Proof it works? none, because you can't even see the effect with an EMF meter or any tracker (Oura, etc) Do what you want with your money, but this is not going to help you. I feel robbed.

Wear the device

I find the most constructive and beneficial way to balance the EMF's is to wear the device - this means wearing the Life Tune Zone Max. It works the best this way in my experience.

Poor quality

I wish I read these reviews before spending over $300.00 with this company. Mine is falling apart after being worn around my neck for 8 months. Because of such inferior construction I question the legitimacy of its advertised effectiveness. They tell me the products are guaranteed for 6 months. How convenient. I can’t find that stated on their website. I received a replacement a few days ago. I appreciate that gesture. From what I’ve read and experienced there is a quality issue that needs to be addressed. I wore mine around my neck during the day and removed it when showering. About a week before I noticed it delaminating I was leaving it on while in bed sleeping. They may be fine for a lifetime if left sitting untouched. These are expensive and touted to be the best in the industry but their construction is lacking.

I’m a retired woman who wanted to gift…

I’m a retired woman who wanted to gift my children with this product. When I received it my son in law stated it harmonize emf not block it. So I contacted Aires to return 3 of the devices and they gave me a return address. I went to the UPS store and they told me this address won’t accept returns. I contacted yesterday on line an agent to inform them and he said he would get back to me. I have not heard from anyone. I am extremely upset and want my $ back! Why are you giving bogus return address Update: I have received an email with a return label that is different as far as the Sender name. As with most companies a return label should always be the norm. I will go to UPS store tomorrow and see if this works. Once I receive my refund I will in good faith write the outcome. Thank you. As of today, May 1, 2024 I received my refund.

I'm loving my Airestech

I'm loving my Airestech. Anytime I reach out to customer support I get an email response back that addresses my concerns. I recommend Airestech all the time to clients and people. I spend hours on my phone and computer and my nervous system was feeling the negative effects of it. With Airestech my nervous system feels more settled. It's been a powerful daily tool for me.

It's works!

I was hesitant at first to try your product because of the price being kind of high. But I'm glad I tried it because I feel it really works, my headaches have disappeared. I would get them when I used my phone for long periods. Not anymore, I believe it truly works as described. Thank you!

Warning, Lifetune Go falls apart in less than a year.

Warning, they do NOT last. I bought a Lifetune Go less than a year ago and it is falling apart. Even though they advertise them as waterproof, I never submerged mine. I occasionally rinsed it in cool water to clean it. I sent an email with pictures and they said it did not qualify for replacement or any discount on a replacement other than the current sale offered to everyone. It is disappointing that they do not feel their expensive product should last even for one year without failing. Update: I will provide an updated review if I receive the replacement they promised. As of 4/7, I have not received the replacement. As of 4/18 Airestech has NOT sent a replacement nor has anyone reached out to me about sending a replacement. 4/22 I received a replacement Lifetune Go in the mail today. I am glad to report they followed through on their word after posting and updating the review.
