Quick delivery. Exactly as ordered

Ordered 4 coils of UHF pipe and those waited nearly a month for installation at which point we have found out that one was damaged. Despite their delivery note stating that they must be advised of any damages within 48 hours of delivery, after couple of emails they offered replacement or refund. I really appreciate this real life approach and not just hiding behind T&C. Thanks!
