Everything good apart from the Fed Ex delivery 🤷.....sent me an initial text saying delivery for Monday which was fine, then 3days before (Friday) I had a text saying delivery that day between 8.20-12.20....they eventually turned up 4.30pm 🤔....bit of a wind up, especially as I put off a job to wait in

Super fast delivery! Ordered late afternoon and arrived the next morning! It was an updated version of what we had and was showing an error and didn’t work when we fitted it. My husband phoned up and was told it needed resetting … he was talked through the process of how to do it by a very friendly and knowledgeable person … a credit to the company! Highly recommend The Underfloor Heating Store and would definitely use again … although hoping nothing else will break anytime soon!!
