I ordered a single room underfloor heating kit which was indicated as in stock on their website, therefore I paid for next day delivery. It is now 8 days later and only the pipe has arrived today which is of no use without the clips etc. This has really held my extension up in terms of progress. If their website had indicated it was not in stock I would have ordered another product for next day delivery so that work could have progressed as planned.

I’ve been very impressed with the value for money and the after sales support. I was contacted by a member of staff after ordering online as I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong thermostats. The order was corrected and this proactive intervention saved me time and money. I also was sent the wrong staples but new ones were quickly dispatched when I called. Quality of kit seems good and the online learning support is really excellent! Very happy so far … let’s hope it all works!!!
