Had a small issue with a missing item, but it was rectified immediately with a positive attitude and I received the item the next working day, can’t fault that for customer service, fantastic effort!

I've ordered various things from the underfloor heating store over the years. Generally, things have worked out well. However, my last order arrived several days late, so I made alternative arrangements and rejected the items when they finally arrived. Now I must wait up to 14 days for a refund. Why? On top of the wait for my order not to arrive, now I have to wait even longer to get my money back. I've paid for nothing but hassle.
