I gave 5stars because I was impressed with the service. What I dislike is being asked to reply with a certain number of words. 5stars is the highest mark. That says it all if you need more then something is wrong

Its actually really good , i’ve used it 3 times now and it’s nice it stays on for over a week and easy to apply and my nails haven’t broke since i used it

I ordered an OPI infinite shine nail polish that was actually a matte finish. I contacted Nail Polish direct with pictures, explaining that the product had no shine. I was asked to send the polish back for a refund, however, I dont have access to a printer and so I would have to go out to buy a jiffy bag, pay for printing the labels then return to the post office. I explained my situation and said that it wasnt worth the £8 that I'd paid for the varnish. I now have a polish that I won't use and is not cost effective to return
