I ordered a nail polish but on arrival it was a very different colour to the image online. I understand there may be some variation but I ordered it because the image was pink, it arrived but it was red. I consider this to be a fault on the website and have requested a free postage return but met with excuses. Clearly customer services has not checked the image compared it to the colour sent or they would have acknowledged their fault. If I don’t receive a satisfactory exchange or refund with postage I shan’t recommend them or use them again.

Always plenty of colours to choose from. Prices very good and delivery fast.

My order was very well packaged & arrived quickly. I’ve used the phenomenon oil as directed and my nails looks more nourished, along with the other products listed. I’m a regular swimmer and so my nails are easily affected by chlorine, usually I can’t keep nail colour on but the watermelon nail polish is lasting very well.

Nail polish direct were the cheapest for this nail polish. My order arrived well packaged & promptly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the product or the company.

Had my nails done at a salon I needed a spare bottle of polish urgently to take on holiday in case of needing to touch up. I was very late ordering. Had to pay for premium delivery of course but arrived well in time and well packaged. Haven't tried the polish yet as luckily my polish stayed intact, but love the colour and can do nails myself .
