I purchased a pair of Scarpa Mojito Gore Tex shoes during Tiso's 20% off promotion. To our delight the shark colour is much darker than we thought, the photos really don't do them justice. The whole process was straight forward and our shoes were with us within 3 days. Excellent service.

Customer service was great. I ordered 2 jackets online in the sale and also used a gift voucher. When I paid via PayPal the gift voucher had not been deducted. I phoned Tiso and received an apology as this was an issue that they were working on. The gift voucher amount was re- within the hour of speaking to someone. Great service with no quibbles. Recommend Tiso as staff in store are also very knowledgeable.
