The duty manager at 1300 hours on 16 October 2024 was incredible. His product knowledge was amazing and his customer service was incredible. My wife came into get shoes and he measured her feet and analysed the way she walked and showed her models of shoes that fit her foot type. He knew so much about all the different brands and models. I could not fault his customer service at all. Unfortunately Tizo did not stock the colour in the model my wife wanted. But the gentleman helped us so much.
