shipped me a faulty EVOC backpack

shipped me a faulty EVOC backpack, customer service not great - missing a part of the waist buckle. email address for customer service not getting thru, so I called next day. Got a different email address, still awaiting reply. I do want the EVOC backpack, so hoped Tiso would be able to send the missing part. Looks like a return/refund coming up....

Great North Face Hikers

Provided super comfortable current season North Face Gore Tex hiking shoes at a competitive price. Shipment was quick. My only gripe is not wit Tiso but DPD who didn't attempt delivery (I was in all day) and took to local PO. Nonetheless, really pleased withe shoes !

Mouldy items. 2 week wait at least for refund. Paid for return. 😔

I ordered 2 x dry robe seat covers. 1 x double seat cover was mouldy, unfortunately I cannot share the photo. Single ok. I have paid for the return, emailed customer services & have been informed up to 2 weeks to receive a refund.
