Service is good but products are not as described. Not Tisos fault, but when trousers described as having a 30" waist measure 32" they are useless. As there is nothing smaller available and size 32 is the new 30, I've been 'sized' out of the market, presumably due to manufacturers pandering to male vanity and ballooning waistlines. Depressing

We ordered a tent online from Tiso. Not only was the price very reasonable but the service was fantastic. Ordered on the Wednesday evening and delivered on the Friday lunchtime. Definitely a five star service.
