I ordered a roof tent which got lost in transit and seemed to be returned by the courier to Tiso. I called Tiso for updates and whilst staff were friendly when I called, I didn’t feel confident or assured that the item would actually ever arrive. Eventually I was notified, with barely more than 90 mins notice, of a delivery slot. Far from ideal during working hours and it was only by luck that someone was available to receive the delivery at that time.

The large bag is excellent- big enough to put a loaded rucksack in for travel or weather protection in the open at night. For more general use it can double as a carrying bag or as a liner. Recommended by the person in store who dealt with us. He listened to our needs and gave sound, friendly advice.
