Great service and Items

We received someone else's order which was completely different. To be fair they did email to warn us after the event, but it was a couple of extra days before we had the correct order which we needed urgently. Then of course the hassle of retrieving the box from stores and meeting their courier to uplift it. I trust it's just a one off glitch but it was a problem we could have done without.

ordered a variety of cables one day delivered the next day, when checked against order every item ordered was delivered and was also as described on the web pages.
