Although the wrong good were despatched through a simply picking error, after a single phone call and an email the correct goods were sent to arrive the following day so relatively painless. Would encourage me to order again.

The cables allow for the safe crossing of the magic dancing pixies from the wall socket to my confuser. I didn't go for the coloured versions, we stuck to the grey incase the pixies wondered what the hell was going on.

Delivery was excellent ,the cables do what they are supposed to do Quality is not the best,the old saying of you get what you you pay for applies here.

Good value for money. The fibre optic cable arrived as expected and looks very good. We haven’t installed it yet as awaiting BT feed?!?! We will use Fruity Cables again.

I wouldn't expect any friction with a reputable supplier. I think you should offer a cheaper delivery option, perhaps Royal Mail for small packages - your only option added 75% to the cost of my purchase.

On the plus side... very quick delivery Minus side...ordered patch leads but was sent wrong ones. They were very good in sending out replacements immediately but sent fewer than ordered
