I paid $529 to unlock my laptop from…

I paid $529 to unlock my laptop from cyber criminals and to clear it of malware, but the very next day someone was able to take remote control of my screen. I took my laptop to Best Buy Geek Squad. They did not find malware or viruses but removed 17 bad policies. I do not think the policy I bought with Tech Center cleared my laptop of whoever had control of it.

I met two wonderful Techs

I met two wonderful Techs, Anthony and Aaron. Being an eighty-two year old Grandmother, I need a lot of careful advice and time to follow directions. These men were patient, knowledgeable, and polite. They were quick with solutions and slow to talk to me. This was wonderful. I now have malware protection and two ways to instantly connect with them. I would like to think I could speak with them again!
