It was fast. Rep spoke slowly and repeated when needed. Owen, the tech, went through and ran the programs. I'm not really sure what I did but am hoping you are for real. The cost was a bit expensive but I had to do it. I truly hope this service will protect my computer, my working on it and all my info.
