Owen my Computer Tech. during my call session on my computer was very helpful, and understanding. He quickly fixed my problem and organized my new computer for me.

Alan was very courteous and supportive. He asked important questions before cleaning, and after. I would like to have him work on my PC and Laptop again.

You were able to locate my account and got it up and running. The only complaint I have is that was supposed to be running on 5/23/2023 when I purchased your service and I was unaware I had 2 licenses.
