very helpful and patient...was hacked by what I thought was microsoft and when I called microsoft they explained they would never reach out via my browsers and the hackers also asked me for my bank information that was when I knew it was a scam and now I feel very protected by techcenter plus...

Both individuals that I have spoken with have been very helpful and courteous. They have very resurring as being adle to helpm me solve all issues. I am well pleased with all dealinng with them.

My experience with Allen was absolutely perfect, he was knowledgeable, and very understanding, most of all he was very patient, we spent about 8 hrs solving my computer issue. I would highly recommend Allen to fix computer software problems. Worth every penny.
