Waiting for ever for Refund
I have used Mygibraltar on several occasions and found the staff very helpful and polite. I have been waiting for my flight refund since last October when Monarch went into liquidation. I have been promised this by Mr Nick Clout and told it would be paid before Christmas 2017. I have e mailed and left messages for Mr Clout, but he has ignored me. This is disappointing as Mygibraltar is ATOL protected. I am waiting to book my next holiday in Gibraltar. I have been given a good price by Jessica, but I am keen to secure my refund before making another booking. It is shame that Mygibraltar has taken this stance on refunds. All my friends who were caught up in the demise of Monarch have now been refunded. It only a few seconds to credit my bank a/c. Come on Mygibraltar, don't tarnish your good name and reputation by refusing to refund your customers. We know that your bank has refunded you. Please be considerate. You are a family business, we are families that have lost lots of money through Monarch. Be honest and Christian and refund all of us today. Thank you. John Norman

Very efficient and easy to use
Very efficient and easy to use. Documentation etc all arrives on time and had no problem on the few times I have used them. If you have to make a change, for example flights, their costs seem very high compared with dealing with the airline direct. This is the only reason I don't give a 5 star. Would recommend them to anyone visiting Gibraltar

I have had two excellent breaks booked …
I have had two excellent breaks booked via mygibraltar, one using the Rock Hotel and the other on the Sunborn Yacht. I can not fault the service given by mygibraltar nor that of the two hotels. I did book a further trip staying at the Sunborn again but due to Monarch Airline going bust had to book an alternative holiday. Mygibraltar refunded my hotel costs extremely quickly which I am grateful for, however despite telephoning them on 3 separate occasions I am no further forward in receiving a refund of my flight costs nor given any indication of when I am to be refunded. My friends who found themselves in similar circumstances via a travel agent have already received their costs refunded without the need to chase up themselves. Please mygibraltar sort this out, when things go well you get the credit however a good company would also ensure when things go wrong they address and communicate with those that have found themselves at a loss. Please sort this out
