Always receive a first class service, excellent staff we always use them

We have used MyGibraltar on several occasions & always been very happy with the service. Usually we book online but the website (or was it me ;) ) was 'playing up' last time, so I gave them a call & everything was sorted straight away by a wonderful lady named Jessica. This isn't the first time we've used MyGibraltar & it definitely won't be the last.

Easy to get hold of either by phone or email, they are quick to reply to any problems or worries

Excellent service as always from My Gibraltar, particularly Shammika who is always ready to go the extra mile to make the booking process as easy as possible for the c ustomer. We're off to Gibraltar again in May & also September to embrace National Day following our visit last July to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of our wedding in Gibraltar. We wouldn't dream of booking trips to Gibraltar from any agent other than My Gibraltar who provide a first class service at the best posssible prices. Highly recommended.

I have been booking through My Gibralter for years but lately I have been booking via the phone with a lovely helpful lady called Shammika and she is so good at booking just what I want and getting me upgraded room on arrival if there is avalibility for free x

No problems with anything from the booking through to the transfers which were excellent as was the hotel

We particularly like the personal touch of the staff -same person dealt with us as last year

Have used this company before, it works. This booking was for a hotel in Gibraltar. i found that they sell the same room with same conditions but over £ 100.00 cheaper than the other internet based room sellers.
