No knowledge of hotel refurbishment

Due to travel 13 Feb with Mrs Victoria Thompson booked Nov 2016 .no mention of major refurbishment currently in progress (would not have booked the ocallaghan had we known) on querying this Victoria was treated rudely & encountered a couldn't care less attitude from the gentleman she spoke to at my gibraltar SHAME ON YOU

INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTS

I HAVE TRAVELLED WITH MY GIBRALTAR PREVIOUSLY ON TWO OCCASIONS WHICH WAS FAULTLESS. HOWEVER I AM BOOKED FOR TEN DAYS IN JUNE /JULY AND DID NOT RECIEVE AN ETICKET WITH MY BOOKING IN OCTOBER 2016, ALTHOUGH I DID RECIEVE EVERYTHING ELSE, BOOKING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, BOOKING CONFIRMATION,ATOL CERTIFICATE, HOTEL VOUCHER & AIRPORT TRANSFER. I CONTACTED MY GIBRALTAR BY TELEPHONE TODAY TO BE TOLD THE ETICKET HAD BEEN SENT ON 05 OCTOBER. THE ETICKET WAS RESENT IMMEDIATELY AND IDENTICAL TO ANOTHER DOCUMENT RECEIVED IN OCTOBER TITLED BOOKING CONFIRMATION ONLY THE RESENT DOCUMENT IS TITLED ELECTRONIC TICKET. A BIT CONFUSING, BUT I BELIEVE IT IS ALL IN ORDER NOW.
