Very good company, easy to deal with and very good prices!

We have booked and taken two Gibraltar breaks with My Gibraltar so afr. Both very good, no problems, all as advertised, no hidden charges and very good prices, the last short break saving almost £100 each over several other suppliers. Just book a third holiday for later in the year!

Holiday Gibraltar

I had never heard of the travel company before . I asked question of them and I received good honest answers .I did wonder if I had done the right thing booking on line and was a little concerned ,but there was no fears in the end . Everything organised well I did ring them a couple of times as the emails were rather a long time coming through . I would recommend using this company .

Room 216

We have stayed at The Bristol Hotel many times. The room we were given was dark having very little natural light for the 3 nights booked. In our opinion this was one of the worst rooms we have been given by the hotel. Hopefully, we will be given a better room when we book this hotel again.

Booking Our Gibraltar Break/ BUYER BEWARE!! Taking your money is the only thing they're good at!

Haven't had the holiday yet but booking was a breeze. Shammika and Jessica were very helpful and responded immediately. Both girls an asset to MyGib ********* What a shambles. Booked our break last April and as above was very positive experience. However, 10 months later we get a call to say that renovations (we had no idea there were going to BE any renovations!!) had been delayed and the room with (accessible) balcony was no longer available. I absolutely understand that problems occur but it's then that you discover the true measure of a company by the way it deals with and resolves complaints. After several (ignored) calls emails to mygib and to the Caleta we could get no resolution. Jessica, unfortunately, couldn't have been more different and became combative and aggressive when my travelling companion suggested that perhaps a month before our trip wasn't the best time to inform us of problems. We heard a lot about "company policy" but nothing at all about "customer satisfaction" We were told that any changes to our booking would be at our expense and that we would lose our deposit if we cancelled. As the fault was theirs I fail to see how that can possibly be fair. We booked our break 11 months in advance!! Because you knew the renovations were taking place and failed to inform us we didn't have the opportunity to book accommodation more suitable to our needs. We were left trying to book something else from the rooms left at this short notice, without any consideration from this company. We have cancelled our break with them, and Jessica was rude once again on the phone, and we have lost our deposit. NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!! They don't know the meaning of customer service!!

Gibraltar mini break

Booking our 4 day mini break to Gibraltar was so simple thanks to MyGibraltar, they did it all for me. Looking forward our holiday. Passed on my booking details to my sister and she too booked, it was so straight forward.

A Truly 5 Star Company

The Sales Consultant we delt with was Jessica Block she was fantastic we had a problem the morning of the flight my partner was not feeling well so could not fly with me but Jessica arranged another flight for a few days later she could not have helped us more.Would Highly recommend this Company Ian and Terri
