Best service

I have used this company many times for routine serviceing etc. The staff have always been very helpfull and go the xtra bit to help. They always stick to time scales and price quoted. I must mention one staff member in the service department who has helped on many occasions, that is Julia at Yeovile. I have over the years used many different Main dealers, they are the best.

Electrical fault repaired efficiently

I had an electrical circuit failure and service light came on on my dash. Peugeot 308. It said to get it repaired on the screen. I tried 2 Peugeot dealers locally to Wimborne, this was 3 weeks before Christmas and they were fully booked. I have used Howards Dorchester for 5 years, the amount of time I have owned the vehicle for servicing and MOT'S, I have always found them helpful. I spoke to Alison and she was very keen to help me and fitted me in as soon as she could. I waited whilst they repaired my car and washed it. Alison and the mechanics are very efficient and professional, Alison, goes above and beyond with very good customer service skills and really makes you feel welcome. A big thank you Alison

Visited Howard’s Hyundai in Weston Super Mare today with a friend who was keen on obtaining a motabilty car. Received great service from Steve who explained how the scheme worked, arranged a test drive in the car of choice, and basically did all the paperwork! He was courteous, friendly and professional throughout. All in all great service from Howard’s.

After a few weeks of dealing with Leo from Howard’s Yeovil, today I drove away in my new car! The service I received has been fantastic. The model of 2008 that I was looking for wasn’t on the forecourt. Leo found and sourced a car for me within budget and in the time frame of me needing it. I gifted my old car to my nephew and Leo went above and beyond by assisting and completing the change of ownership on the DVLA website for me/us too. Extremely happy with the service that I have received here. Thank you.
