I have to be honest and say I was a little disappointed with a couple of the aspects of the Customer Service I received. However I discussed my concerns with Josh (Service Manager) and my concerns were listened to and I have been assured they are understood and will be acted on. I appreciate that sometimes things do slip - the mark of good customer service is to listen to your customers and act on their concerns. We bought a used Hyundai Kona EV with low mileage. Jack found the right car for our needs and didn’t push us into buying a new car. As it was second hand there were a few bits missing such as the parcel shelf. We were kept informed of the situation and Jack even dropped off the locking wheel nut on his way home. The car is a Hyundai promise car so we now have a 5 year warranty which gives us peace of mind. The service we received was excellent.

I purchased my car nearly two months ago, I received amazing service from John in the sales team, I then had an issue with the car and the warranty didn’t cover the repairs, I called the dealership who went out of their way again to help me resolve the issues and get the repairs sorted out for me, I wanted to say a huge thankyou and I will definitely be spreading the word
