Buying in the store my experiences have been great, but I ordered an item and it came broken. To try and return it has been very difficult and I still have a broken product. Wouldn't recommend online ordering. Within hours of my review I got a response to call with some information on date purchased and such and was shipped a new item. So I change my rating to great product and customer service.

Have visited the local store in two different cities and used the online website as well. Always found the staff and customer service to be outstanding, knowledgeable, and friendly. Will continue to do business and suggest to others.

There are great selections of fun clothing, shoes, rack upon rack of DVDs, more magazines than a horny 16 year old could possibly mess up, a huge variety of things for her (vibrators, dildos, thrusters and even more arcane and wonderful items) sleeves and flashlights by the pound for him, and the couple's toys; simply a wonderful place to spark your imagination or a great place to bring your partner for ideas, toys and exploration. The staff are all knowledgeable and aren't afraid to let you know what works for them or doesnt, or to help guide you to something that'll scratch that itch you have. As long as you're not too shy to ask, they usually have the answers. Friendly, professional and very helpful.
