My wife and I both love shopping at your store and on the website but where we live there isn't a store close by so it makes it very hard to utilize the promos that are in store only especially when there are items that we would like to purchase but can't because they aren't available online.

I was given a gift card. I found out I couldn't use this online. However, the customer service staff was able to make it into a code I could use online.

My orders have all been accurate, correct, and as advertised. The shipping is very fast, the packaging discreet. I feel comfortable ordering products from Castel Megastore knowing my order will be right and arrived quickly, as promised.
