I ordered 10 padfolios and their price (what I wanted to pay) matched their quality. They were adorable in design and priced very reasonably. The quality was not top notch but I wasn't expecting that given the price I paid. I was more interested in the design. I contacted the company to see if they could ship my order right away and the day they received the order. I got a personal response from the person who packaged my items and she kept me up to date on the shipping information. She included a personal note in my box (in my school's colors) and followed up the expected day of delivery to be sure everything arrived. All 10 padfolios arrived on time, in tact, and the recipients were thrilled!

I always buy the same handsoap for our building and usualy from the same two large online supplier. This time I shopped with Google and up popped UrbanGirl at a much lower price. The soap arrived in 2 days - speedy and cheap. I will be back!

I ordered an acrylic file box with white hanging folders for my new office space. The order didn't ship right away and I emailed the company to inquire as to when it might be sent. The staff was very quick to respond (the items were on backorder but had just come in and would be sent the next day). I do wish there had been some indication that the items were on backorder when I placed the order, but other than that, I am incredibly happy with my experience. I appreciate that the staff was so responsive and friendly (and enthusiastic!) I will definitely order from UrbanGirl again in the future.
