We paid a extra $75.00 for good delivery service and I am very upset that the delivery service called RL delivery wanted to charge me extra to use their lift gate on the truck or help from the driver! I was lucky to be home when the driver was there. He said he would have drove away and not dropped the package if I wasn't there! Wow! very upsetting! might not order the rest of my supplies from UrbanGirl!

I was having issues with placing my order (my own issues - not with the company or website) and I called with some questions and they were able to answer them immediately. Customer service was awesome and my planner came in really quickly. The only thing I would've changed would be a way to track your package or at least get an email when it was shipped! Other than that I got exactly what I wanted and I know I'll be ordering all my office supplies from UrbanGirl in the future!
