Well where do I start? I was started on my furmoo journey by my sister in law purchasing me a cow hide rug which I had a quiet cry when I received. It is beautiful and has been pride of place in the middle of my lounge for a number of years now. I have dogs and cats who also love it and the quality has upheld. The following year, she bought me a wallet which is perfect. Amazing quality! My son then bought me a handbag which I then received a free coin purse and key ring which sweetened my love of furmoo just that bit more. Now I have absolutely smashed this handbag, and it still looks like new. Then my darling sister in law once more bought me a gift. It is the back pack. She got it on sale and from order to arrival they were a dream team to deal with. I also received with that order a free little bag and another key chain. These people are truly amazing folk to deal with and nothing is ever a problem for them. They have a great quality product which in future I will be adding more to my collection.

My slippers were terrible quality, started wearing out fast sl they sent me a replacement which again is wearing out. That's 2 pairs in 4.5 months. I emailed them again to let them know and all I got back was thanks for letting them know 😂
