Wow, what a bad overall experience. - Slow delivery, stated that delivery would be within 21 days, when following up via email, this was explained to be 21 working days. Then when this time was exceeded they continued to push back and say everything was fine. No apology, no time line, no accountability or respect for their customers - Product experience, these are priced at a premium, when they come they are literally thrown in a NZ Post shipping bag, no protection, nothing like what you would expect at this kind of pricing. The product itself seems good, though the sizing is not good, they size smaller than what their site suggest. They include a card in the package that states in bold! "Sale items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded" so funny given everything they sell is "on sale". BS company will never buy from again and wins the award for most disappointing experience I have had this decade.

Price does not reflect in the quality

This business gets a 1 from me. I left a fair 3 star review on their website about some moodles I received. The fleece is course and scratchy and the inside seam digs into my feet. I don’t think the price reflects the quality of the product and the materials they use. I’m heading out today to buy myself some $45 Uggs from Target which I have seen in person already and know the quality is 3x higher than what Furmoo sent me in the mail for more than 3x that price! I now don’t care that Uggs are mass produced and have been ripped off by lots of other companies. My Review was removed from Furmoo’s website and upon checking all their other reviews on all products, I found that there isn’t a single review on that website that has less than 5 stars. Actually, I found one 4 star review but that one didn’t say anything negative about the slippers and only mentioned the postage was slow. It does state on the website that it takes 21 days for the slippers to be made and dispatched. It took 32 days before I got notification that it was shipped. 36 days to arrive. I won’t buy from Furmoo again and I wish I had found some honest reviews before I committed to buy.

Absolutely shocking do not buy from them online. It stated they had stock, still waiting on order after 4 weeks - Shelly misleads the consumer. For an online company very poor💥

Extremely slow delivery.

I put my order through, but not until after I ordered it said 14-21 working days for delivery. It’s now 25 working days and still not received it. If they don’t have stock, they should state out of stock.

Terrible service

Terrible service! Been waiting for my slippers for almost a month! They said it would be posted this week and haven’t heard anything back It you can’t keep up with the work then don’t advertise it!!

Consistently great service, quality and pricing

I purchased a Mumu bag and Allure Her Travel Bag in 2022 and have been remiss in not reviewing FURMOO enough for their range, quality, price and communication. I get plenty of comments on both items and I think it’s time to add some slippers to my FURMOO herd. The sales are amazing too but you have to be quick!

Not worth the money

I was gifted some Furmoo slippers, cross over moodles. They look lovely but a thin layer under foot, it is very hard, no madding and after only 2 months of wearing my feet ahd rubbed through the sheep skin layer. I wrote to them and they said this shouldn't have happened. The resolution to this was an email saying this is just normal wear and tear. Well for the price they are that is appalling. I would not recommend, hence the star rating. What a cop out.

Deletes bad reviews!!!

I bought a pair of slippers to replace my old Furmoo ones (which were amazing) and they were too small, despite being the same size as my last pair. I thought they would stretch (and when i emailed customer service they said they should stretch to fit my size), but unfortunately they did not and they are simply too small. The black dye from inside the slippers has also started leaching out and staining my feet. I was pretty upset about this because they were expensive slippers and I expected a quality product. I left a fair review on their website expressing my disappointment. The next day I noticed my review had been deleted from their website!! I think that is really shocking and dishonest for a business to do, and it makes me wonder how many other reviews have been deleted from their website. It doesnt really seem like they care that they have sold me a bad product.

We do not recommend FURMOO

We ordered as a couple 2 pairs of Furmoo slippers. 6 Months later we complained that in 3 of 4 slippers were cleft openings= splits in the sole front. We asked for warranty replacement, but only with very repeatedly email conversation and delayed return bag service we’ve got only glue repaired shoes back, even as promised in conversation “replacement” In our opinion: FURMOO, nice idea but with petty and small minded sales management.. Product Quality is average with quite a high price. Comfort of slipper could be improved by insole design.
