We are renting our property out with Sandra Davidson as managing agent. We asked for a rent review at the end of contract, which was 12 months ago, but are still waiting. We had multiple calls, emails and complaints, and the agency simply ignores all communication, or just says that they will contact us later. Their treatment of our case is disgraceful, we now wonder if they will even vacate the property if asked. If you’re a landlord then definitely avoid and save yourself a headache

Zaid, Riz, we're great at setting up viewings, answering questions and keeping us updated with all the information we asked them. Throughout the whole process they have been honest and helped us. We got emails and text messages for every viewing we had, they carried out multiple showings and showed off our home. Lesley was our point of contact after finding our buyer and again she was brilliant. She was professional, she answered all the questions we had, she kept us up to date with everything and would call us with immediate information sometimes 3 to 4 times a day. I was impressed with Sandra Davidson as a buyer, so 9 years on they were the obvious choice when I went on the market. They quickly arranged dozens of viewing over 3 weekends and I received numerous offers. And when my buyer lost their buyer, Sandra Davidson found me another within 48 hours, which saved me from losing my purchase at the point when I was almost ready to exchange.
