They reached out to over 100 pharmacies on my behalf and maintained consistent communication through text messages while also being available by phone. Despite the severe shortage, the company successfully located the medication. Although I had to use the service twice due to the medication's scarcity, they refunded my first purchase when they couldn't initially secure the medicine. It did feel like a miracle that this drug was found, but I would have never checked an Costco pharmacy without them. Overall, I found Medfinder effective, and I'm grateful for their dedication and support.
