This service helped my medication that is in short supply these days. They flexibly allowed me to change the dosage after I submitted the form, communicated promptly, found the medication within 3 days, and worked with me when the place they found it at did not take my insurance (offered to find it again at no extra charge). I think the person working with me was Peter - it is rare these days to have someone in customer service care, and it is clear that he did!

The staff worked diligently to help me locate my medication. The first pharmacy gave them false information and didn’t have my medication, so I was given a refund. The staff communicated with me the entire time through text and email and kept searching. They located another pharmacy, close to my home, that same day! Very nice staff, great customer service. FDA shortage and they still were able to find me a box. Also very easy to work with. They understood that I did not want to travel 4 hours in one direction for my medicine. An hour and a half later they had provided me with a pharmacy only 30 minutes away with what I needed.

Signing up with Medfinder was easy. Anytime I had a question, I got a response very quickly. This is not a scam. Fill out the form and they text you to confirm receipt. Then they text you once found with name and phone number of the pharmacy. I spent hours calling places with a 200 mile radius with no success. Insitio found the prescription at a place close to my home that I didn’t even know had a pharmacy.
