We found out our drains had become blocked on the morning of 23rd December and our driveway had sewage running down it. I called the company up and a member of staff arrived after an hour. He was very professional and had the problem sorted out quickly. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone!

Very helpful and professional from my initial phone call. Technician arrived on time and appeared to do a very thorough job which was a survey using cameras in drains. I was then sent the results with some advice as to what needs doing so I must follow it up soon.

Really swift call out even though it was late at night with a really helpful technician who sorted out the immediate problem and then came back the next morning to work out exactly where the source of the problem was. That turned out to be a few caravans down from me where another company had been called out the week previously but who didn't in fact fix the problem. Exjet not only fixed the seemingly unfixable but were also completely understanding that the park needed to foot the bill rather than myself. Communication with Exjet was both professional and light of tone while I sorted out payment through the park. A first class experience in every way. Thoroughly recommended.

Absolute joke of a company. They turned up outside our house, blocked the entire street and then sat in their vehicles for 45 minutes running their engines while having a coffee break. Yes they need to do whatever work it is they're doing, but this company doesn't take any account of their impact on either the environment or the people who are affected by their presence.

I had a surface drain that was blocked for over a year. The guy that came (unfortunately i didn't get his name) pulled a full bucket of muck and opening 2 manholes, he managed to clear all the drains that have been wrongly installed in a L shape so clogging a lot. More than surprised of what was there and even more content that now is all cleared and cleaned. couldn't have been hapier and definitely reccomend

Really helpful ahead of time on the phone when I was describing my issue and difficult circumstances (ageing father’s house who did not recognise that blocked toilet needed fixing). Calm, clear and understanding throughout the visit as I asked him to quietly move around house so ageing father didn’t realise. Located a manhole cover outside that was completely covered over with rubbish and cleared it to be able to lift it. Showed me what could be done, gave good advice on prioritisation to manage the cost the best. Cleared up after himself and wished me luck. Really lovely guy.

Really great service from the initial phone call to Exjet arriving at our house on Sunday morning to fix the blockage. I would not hesitate to recommend Exjet and I will definitely use them again should I have any drainage issues in the future.
