Six months after having my doors installed I had a minor problem with one door making a loud noise as it started to rise (although it still worked perfectly). I contacted RDC/BRDW to arrange an appointment for someone to come and look at it. I got an immediate response and Gary, the original fitter, came within a week and fixed it in about 20 minutes (it was a minor issue with the slats). I'm very happy with the excellent service provided - Thank you!
