Had our garage door fitted today by Grant and Levi. Two very friendly professional guys who have done an excellent job fitting it, cleaning up afterwards and demonstrating how it works. Big thanks to both of them and I certainly recommend Rolling Door Concepts.

Everything ok so far. Quite impressed with the product and the fitting service.

I thought at first it was a strange process regarding payment upfront for the doors itself. I have to be honest I was a little dubious about it. But everything went to plan and the guys that did the install, Grant being one of them were both polite and efficient. The install was done within 2 hours and a great job done. After the work was done I had a think about the process. It wasn't the usual, but it was a very unique and hassle free concept that really does work, you've just got to have a little trust, and I'm glad I did.

Excellent service from start to finish and even managed to fit (contact free) 3 weeks early!!!! Office/sales team were brilliant and fitters excellent also. The only thing I was disappointed with was the thickness of the actual door, I think it would be fairly easy to push and bend resulting in door coming out of runners? Everything else seems good quality though, time will tell.
