It's always concerning when you spend this kind of money without really knowing the company, and not having personal recommendations, however, I have to say that from the first responsefrom Rosie in reeply to my contact request on the website, everything has been very easy. Payment was confirmed within a couple of hours and the fitting date set. Andruis arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional. Clean and tidy workmanship, and he gave a clear explanation of its operation and safety features. We now have a great looking door, for a good price, working beautifully! We are very pleased! I have to be honest I was a little sceptical given the price and requirement to pay up front by bank transfer. When I booked and received invoice I checked vat number and company number and they didn't match exactly, so was nervous. I spoke to the sales people and they agreed to let me pay by credit card to allay those fears. Door was fitted on the planned day quickly and professional and I'm happy with the product. I took the extended warranty because the price was good. My advice based on experience is don't be worried. Great product and service for the price.

Job was completed within a few hrs good well done to the lads who fitted the roller door, Spot on time did not need to wait they said between 8am & 12 they were there 8am ready to go Excellent food job.

Came out to fit garage door. Were not in possession of all parts, so garage door is not complete. Awaiting further contact to finish job which is disappointing.

Really good. Fitted quickly. Needed mastic around edges as can see daylight where frame meets brickwork.
