Very pleased with the service and fitting. It would have been 5 stars if I had received the remote handset I was told would come with the extended warranty. I feel that was a ploy to get me to sign up for this warranty. I am still awaiting the internal switch/handset and it is now 2 months after installation. I am having to contact the company rather than rdc contacting me to keep me updated.

Great service the fitter was by his self asked if you like any help but continued by him self. Would definitely use again

The installer was only on site for what seemed like only a couple of hours but he worked quickly and efficiently and had our brand new door installed and running in no time. He was polite and friendly answering my questions and explaining thoroughly how the system worked. I would have no hesitation recommending RDC to anyone.
