The overall experience with "One Fine Stay" was exceptional to any rentals I have done prior. The personal Ambassador to greet us was very informative in the quickest time possible as we had a tour that we needed to run to from our late arrival to drop off our luggage. The commitment to timely access to the premises and adjustment to the delay we experienced to get to our unit was really appreciated. The premises quality and location lived up to the pictures and description. Everything was meticulous and the neighborhood was more charming than we could have imagined.

Onefinestay and their amazing team have helped arrange another wonderful holiday for our family. The quality of the apartment in Florence was great and as described in the profile.

The responses from Ariela and the One Fine Stay team were always quick- and the support and opportunities they helped us find during our time in Belize were top quality.

One Fine Stay is top notch! Super responsive from the time of booking through the end of our stay. Having a real person to greet us at the start of our stay was a nice touch. The property was well cared for and as described on the website.

Great apartment in a central location!

Our trip was better with onefinestay. The home was in a great location and spacious for our family of 5. Onefinestay helped to organize grocery delivery as well as fresh local baked pastries so we had everything waiting for us after a long travel day. We will look at booking with them again in the near future.
