We have stayed with One Fine Stay in the past and would recommend it to anyone. They assisted immediately with the questions we had and negotiated quickly with the owner of the residence to accommodate our specific needs.

Easy to compare apartments and find neighborhoods. Great photos of individual rooms and easy to see apartment layout. Will let you know after our stay in June if the apartment is as good as the experience so far.

The home was beautiful, location was perfect, and the whole process was seamless. We were pleasantly welcomed with a tour of the house by Valen. The whole experience (laundry, kitchen, backyard, neighborhood) made for a delightful trip to Brooklyn.

We recently traveled to London with our kids and wanted to stay in an apartment not a hotel. The One fine stay apartment and team made our stay enjoyable and seamless from the driver who waited for us at the airport to the person who greeted us at the door, every request and question were answered immediately. Not to mention the great apartment that was within walking distance of the nearest tube station. I would definitely use one fine stay again!

Everything about this town house was gorgeous. The beds, the bathrooms and the location. One block from High street Ken, yet the quietest place we stayed in Europe!

Could not ask for better or quicker service.

Stayed at flat in London in September. Enjoyed the flat and staff was very helpful. We will be staying in another flat in May. May only objection was having to pay for everything when making reservation. I feel a good down payment would be better, with rest on arrival. Much nicer than being in a hotel.
