Layar Villa really lovely. Ended up there by chance, and highly recommend. Pool a dream experience. Lots of local eateries. Breakfast at hotel restaurant Settimo Cielo fabulous choices. Planning to return already.

Efficient team House overpriced and under delivered

I cannot recommend OneFineStay highly enough! We unfortunately had to cancel a booking in 2020 (for obvious reasons!), and there was no issue, and they extended the credit into 2022, and we were able to use for another booking without any issues. The Cockspur Street property in London was excellent, with very good facilities and location. Given that it was so near Trafalger Sq. we were concerned about noise, but the double glazing etc made it very quiet. The bathrooms are well appointed and a good size and the storage/hanging space in the bedrooms is excellent. Without a doubt we will stay there again!

From the moment the OFS greeter met us at the flat in Hampstead, to our departure day when they let us leave our luggage behind for a few extra hours, the experience exceeded our expectations. The flat was better than the pictures portrayed, was spotless and simply perfect. We love the way OFS turns renting homes into more of a hotel-like experience. One Fine Stay provides excellent service, prompt and thorough. They responded to each question or concern as effectively and as efficiently as could be expected. The property had some deficiencies, mostly electrical, and there were some relevant aspects omitted from the "Home Truths" disclosure, but the prime location of the flat mostly offset those deficits. Some instructions regarding operation of the home's systems and appliances would have been helpful.

First time booking with onefinestay and we'll definitely use them again. The flat was pristine and well stocked, in a lovely, safe Kensington neighborhood close to the Tube. We got lucky and had no one in the night before, so were allowed to check in slightly early. Then they dropped off a bottle of wine! Fantastic stay.

I've been using Onefinestay for many years now, and the team is always good and give feedback on our questions very fast. The only point is that sometimes is difficult to find the perfect house.
