Excellent property, beautiful furnishings and a well equipped kitchen and cabana area for entertain. Pool are outside the family room area, has a wonderful view of the ocean with it clear blue waters. The cabana are level below the pool deck makes for wonderful place to have an early morning cup of coffee while watching the sun rise. Would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

We were really looking forward to our stay in Florence when we found an apartment through onefinestay however, our experience was not a fabulous as I had hoped. The bedding had urine stains on it upon our arrival (gross!) and then in a different bedroom we desperately needed the bedding changed in the middle of our stay and they put up a fight and wouldn't agree to come to change the bedding. I had to get really upset with our contact there and threaten to dispute the charges with my credit card company before they agreed to come and change the bedding in the two beds. They also only provided 6 towels for 5 guests and a 4 night stay. If they weren't planning on replacing our towels they should have at the minimum provided us with 10 towels so that we could each have a fresh towel after 2 days. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom.

Great location, cute flat for a couple and one child. But furnishings and rugs were getting shabby, and overall impression was cleaning and upkeep standards should have been higher. Single bed was uncomfortable according to my son who slept in it for 5 nights. On the final morning, I opened up the kitchen bin and a mouse ran out! After that, we were definitely glad to leave.

Without getting into it, OFS took a major initiative to right a wrong and my stay ended up being incredible. What could have been a disaster ended up being a perfect Tuscan get away in a beautifully maintained and staffed villa. I look forward to my next chance to utilize OFS’s services.

The house was perfect for us and our adult children and their significant other. It was in a great location so that the London Tube and Rail strike never really kept us from doing anything. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a week in London!

Everything about Barbados was phenomenal. The villa was everything we imagined, the house staff was excellent, and the concierge made sure everything was in order from our airport transportation to the pre-stock groceries. Also, secured was a driver. Best trip ever!!!

Modern flat with good amenities in lovely neighborhood close to tube, stores, restaurants. One Fine Stay organization very helpful and responsive. Only complaint is that many cabinets are taped off for exclusive use of owners. In most rental flats we’ve stayed there is usually one closet locked off. Flat is of impressive quality.Very comfortable and good size.

Our second stay at this home and just as lovely as the first. Beautiful house, great location and perfect for our family.
