I notified that I wanted to change my booking (prior to the full confirmation from Onefinestay) 20 Minutes after I sent my mail the site fully confirmed my booking. I hope it is just a program bug.

The team was very helpful and found us a place at very short notice even in the very busy easter week. The flat was great and very central, near to the tube.

Staff was helpful and responsive, but quoted one price, then after apt was accepted, indicated a mistake was made and the price was actually $60 more per night. An option to cancel was offered, rather than acknowledging the mistake and offering to honor what was originally quoted - a reasonable (and generally accepted) customer service response.

Onefinestay is great. This is my second time using Onefinestay and both times the experience has been great. The apartment that I rented is beautiful and in a great location. Meeting the Onefinestay at the start and end of the trip was easy and helped you get settled in and out of the rental.

We have stayed with One Fine Stay many times, including in London, Paris and LA. We have two upcoming stays with them, one in Paris again and one in their new city, Rome. We have found them to be helpful, appreciative of returning clients and generally very pleasant and easy to deal with. My highest recommendation.

Booking was easy and onefinestay provides a wealth of information to answer anticipated questions.

Great service. Only question is requiring entire funds up front for a stay that is 4-5 months away. Is this industry standard?
