I am delighted with my new purchase the ordering was easy and it didn't take long to come I was informed what time my items would arrive and two nice men brought it I for me and left it where I asked,it is a bit big but that was my fault for not measuring first but it does look good.

To date I have had a very poor experience with this company. I purchased a sofa online. I contacted them approximately a week later as they had not sent any confirmation or receipt of my order. When I called only then did they send the necessary correspondence. Today the sofa was delivered. Unable to fit into the lift I was told by the company that I had to speak to the delivery driver and negotiate getting the sofa into my home. When informing them that was not for me to have that discussion they spoke to the delivery gentleman themselves and he agreed to bring the item up the stairs. On inspection the item was marked and damaged so hence i could not accept it. I was offered a ridiculous discount and therefore requested a replacement. The person who recommended this company to me called the company to discuss our concerns and embarrassment. She was informed that Kerry would contact me as a matter of urgency and she has not. Another colleague stated that he overheard Kerry had called and left a message. This is untrue as I do not have an answering service on my phone. I have been left with no furniture and no information to state when this matters will be addressed. Due to my experience I would not recommend this company and will not be using them to purchase any further items for the intended properties I had planned to stage. I will update this post with the outcome. UPDATE: I received a call from Kerry 2 days later who arranged for a redelivery. It came today and I was pleasantly surprised to see the 2 lovely gentlemen that attempted to deliver the items on Tuesday. Chris and Mario apologised profusely on behalf of the company. What an asset these guys are to my furniture UK. Thank you for addressing the issue Kerry.
