My package is 2 weeks late to no replies to my emails I rang them and just didn't have an answer. Was told I'd get a call back and nothing. After spending £300 this is awfull service won't be using again

I ordered various sets of furnitures for 2 living rooms. The first set was quite nice and modern looking but we were not happy with the second set. I returned the 2 items we weren’t happy with but refund was made in 2 payments with the later payment being later than you would expect and only made after my initial review here. Although staff were nice and polite, I was frustrated by having to call a few number of time and still not getting anywhere with balance of my refund. On the positive, furnitures look quite exclusive and more expensive than you actually paid for them. However, I would advice been very sure (perhaps a visit to their showroom) before ordering.
